- one busted on me was weak in the corner the others wear just fine
- Great Product
- It was exactly what I was looking for to mount on a Proclip for my Rav4. I was disappointed that the fastners were not included just the mount so I knocked off a star.
- I got this to replace the mount on my Proclip cell phone holder. I wanted add a wireless charger to my proclip but it was the female socket for the ball on the proclip and the female socket on the wireless phone charger. It is a 17mm standard mount so I was able to swap it out for this one with no issue. It works with the wireless charger and holds the phone perfectly now. Only negative is the post sticks out a bit further than the old setup.
- I used this in my Polaris RZR and screwed it into the dashboard. It seems to be holding up very well after some bumpy trails with my iPhone 13 Pro which is pretty heavy. I attached a wireless charger mount to it so it automatically clamps my phone down but this is just what I needed to have a place to attach that.
- I have a Garmin GPS and finally got tired of the suction cup always failing and taking the wire down with it. I built my own bracket out of sheet metal that attaches under the headlinder to the visor bolt assembly; and a secondary contact point on the windshield w/ a double sided 3m sticky for extra stability. This 4-bolt ball mount is a perfect fit (17mm) for the Garmin and works just fine. I got the plastic one and it seems very sturdy.Only 4 stars because the bag of machine screws/nuts only came with 3 screws and 4 nuts. Lol. Luckily I have a couple machine screws laying around so it wasn\'t a big deal
- Bought this metal version after plastic one from another company finally broke after many years of use. Since this one is made out of metal it will most likely stand the test of time. I was trying to find a replacement for some time and I\'m glad I searched Amazon and fount this product. I didn\'t even know there was a metal option until I found a few listed on Amazon. Definitely spend the extra few dollars and get the metal version. The plastic one will eventually fail.
- This worked really good for my application. I got the Center Mount for my F-150, the ProClip USA adapter plate has a neck the ball is attached to that is too thick which severely limits the tilt range of the device attached to the adapter plate, this unit solved that problem.
