- This is the best tracker out there. Works on most any cellular system, and the WiFi safe zone is far easier and more flexible than the competition. It also seems to be truly water proof, unlike the competition.My only criticism is the shorter battery life, of about 1-2 weeks, and it must be permanently attached to the collar, so your pet will be both tagless and trackerless while it\'s charging.But believe me, the much better cellular coverage, the much better WiFi capability, having a PC app as well as cellular, and actually being water proof, all makes up for the few drawbacks.I\'d been a Whistle user for 4 years before switching, and I\'m so glad that I did. Whistle let me down when it really mattered - Tractive I can count on.
