- The suction cup on wireless charger quit working. I couldn\'t figure out how to change just the suction cup and was about to order a whole new charger when I stumbled across just replacing the whole mount and keeping my old wireless charger. Worked great and saved me some money.
- Overall this is a great unit but after trying to keep it stuck to the glass after a month or so I could not get it to stay from the sun heating it up and loosing the grip, so I tried the dash and still would not hold so I drilled 2 holes in to the base and suction cup then drilled 2 small holes in my dash on to hard plastic and ran 2 screws through that and wala! I have it mounted to the dash and it\'s not going anywhere for the life of the vehicle.If you have a soft dash you can use a nut and washer but you have to be able to get to the under side of the dash to hold the nut to tighten the screws, or you could try some real tough 3m tape to hold it if can hold up to the heat of the sun.

- I had mine since the beginning of September, and it just broke here at the beginning of December. It\'s a shame, but it doesn\'t look like it\'s just me (judging from the amount of reviews having the same problem as myself. Looks like it to late to file a claim or anything.. I\'ll be getting a different cd slot mount when I get my next mount.
- Really easy to install, worked well with an existing phone holder and charger combo! Have hit some pretty decent bumps, and gone through the summer and winter with this and it\'s still holding on strong!
- I was going to buy a new mount, but then remembered amazon had everything so i looked up a replacement for what I needed. I brought the phone mount from WalMart and this piece fits just fine. Only thing is the piece that they gave to help secure may not fit so don’t throw the secure part away to the mount cause the one that is provided is not a universal fit.
- I originally purchased the Zeehoo wireless charger that came with the suction cup base. It worked well for about 4 months until I needed to move it to a different spot. After that it would not maintain a suction and was constantly falling over. So while in the middle of a long multi-state road trip I grew so frustrated that I purchased this to arrive at an Amazon locker in the next city where our hotel was. It went in super easy and places my phone in a location that is easy to access and see. It is easily adjusted with the flexible neck. No more falling over!
