- When I first opened and examined the holder I was disappointed as the casing seemed too loose and I felt it would easily open with the AirTag then falling out. But, after I put the Tag inside the casing it appears the casing/holder is designed so that the bulk/size of the Tag makes the two halves snug when re-attached. It is akin to putting a size 8-1/2 foot in a size 8 shoe. The foot does fit barely, but the shoe is snug. Likewise, the Tag and the holder.
- The tag holders holders seem well-made overall. The AirTags were easy to install. Time and use will tell as to their durability, which is probably very good under normal wear and tear circumstances.
- These are nice clear cases that can take a beating! I have them attached to my dogs collars (using a different key ring although I’ll repurpose the included ones for personal use—they didn’t look like they’d withstand the dogs). I’ve got a husky/GSD & husky/malamute whose favorite indoor game is Bite Face where they just grab onto each other’s scruff, twist & turn & refuse to let go.. tags inevitably get bitten & grabbed in this game of theirs and these so far are holding up well.I like the twist to open/lock function it feels more secure than those that snap together. The holes in the case allow the sound to come through fully & they don’t attract much attention on the collar as I wanted them to blend & not stand out.I do wish they were waterproof so I don’t have to remember to unclip their tags before the beach or boat but it’s fine as the tags themselves are water resistant so if I do forget a splash or short swim won’t do any damage to the tag itself. I’ll also say I looked at & even purchased a waterproof case but was not sold on their durability to even test put them on the dogs collars they all seemed like they could fall apart easily losing the AirTag inside… which yeah they’re tracking devices so you can find it if it falls out but that also made me think that these accidents could happen in/near the water ultimately making them not waterproof so in my opinion go with this non-waterproof option!

- The media could not be loaded. I bought this because I liked the idea it had slots in it to allow the sound to come out. I also bought a fully enclosed version to compare and see which one I like. I bought 2 packs to hold 4 airtags. I returned 1 pack because of the cheaper quality and less ruggedness of the case. I will use it with the tags that won\'t be subject to abuse but I will still need to hear the tag sound off. With the pack I returned, I also noticed the box had fingernail imprints from where someone opened up the box previously. So I can only assume they sent me a used product.I will keep it straightforward and abrupt...It is smaller and thinner than the other one. There is a very noticeable sound level difference. So much so, it is the only reason why I am going to keep it. It does rotate in half to close and secure itself. There is no resistance or mechanism to keep it from rotating open. The key ring hole at the top is made of plastic and I can see it breaking easily in the future. If you attach a key ring through the hole, it will prevent it from rotating enough to prevent it from opening up. Ultimately it will keep closed but I do not like the idea of it rotating so freely. In the last picture, you can see they attempted to mold a notch into the plastic but it doesn\'t do anything. The close-up picture will show some scratches after 1 day of use on my car keys. However, I don\'t care about the case, only the airtag so if it gets scratched, so be it. - This was a perfect case for my air tag. Not to bulky but plenty of protection. Mine is attached to my stethoscope for work since I have a tendency to lay it down in between patients and I forget where I leave it. This case was perfect enough for sound to travel through so I can hear it. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a simple yet very durable holder for your air tags.
- This does the job I need it to. It feels rugged and sturdy. So far, it\'s held up at being attached to a tool that gets tossed in all kinds of tool bags/bookbags, etc. The included ring feels cheap and I knew even when I bought this I would not be using it. I put a standard split-ring keyring on it and it\'s great.
