- This product is very cool. Basically you install it in a couple sections to your RAM mount and use the \"key\" to tighten it back up. Then you remove the key. The mechanism spins freely so you can\'t remove the RAM mount. It is such a good value for what you are getting to save your bigger purchase (RAM mount).
- The arm itself is metal, while the head of the bolt is composite along with the \"wrench\". No issues with that at all, as it\'s clearly states the material in the photos. Overall I\'m happy with my purchase.I used this to secure my Garmin Zumo XT GPS on my motorcycle along with a Touratech mount and it works perfectly. While nothing is 100% theft-proof (where there\'s a will, there\'s a way), it does greatly minimize the chances of theft on an expensive GPS unit. The arm is also slightly longer than standard Ram length, which worked in my favor where it was mounted.The security bolt head exterior just spins if you try to turn it by hand or pliers, hence why the included wrench is needed.Tightened down really well, no movement whatsoever. Which is saying something considering how heavy the GPS+Mount are. I was expecting some drift/slipping. 300 miles on twisty roads and I\'m 100% sold.Overall would definitely buy again if I needed another one, perhaps for a GoPro mount.

- Used this with my RAM ball mounts for a bit of added security for my GPS. This device works great, holds tight and with the added knob to prevent someone casually loosening and removing the mount when installed I’m very happy about this purchase. The GPS is securely held and the mount isn’t easily removed without the provided tool.

- I got this to mount my Dynojet Power Vision tuner to my bike\'s handlebars, it holds very well and its solid. Vest part is I can leave my tuner mounted without worrying someone\'s going to try and take it as it just free spins if you do t have the wrench it comes with. Now I don\'t have to take it off and put back on everytime I stop somewhere I can\'t see the bike. You still gotta use some common sense tho if you stop somewhere and don\'t like the area, but then you don\'t leave your bike where you can\'t see it or you move on to the next place... but for that stop at your favorite restaurant or even to go get some groceries etc, this works great and you don\'t have to worry about anyone trying to take what you have mounted on it.
