- Works great. I accidentally broke my last one and kinda glued it back together but wasn’t quite the same. Glad I was able to get this one as a replacement without having to go thru Rove.
- This is a replacement for one that stopped sticking after perhaps 2 years. I guess that\'s all you get out of one, on the windshield in the sun, and this was a simple and cheap replacement.
- I\'d did exactly what it was supposed to do
- Bought in Aug 2022 for $11.99. The sun melted the glue and some of the plastic on the original suction cup of my dash cam. I never removed it from the windshield and it suffered the Texas summer. This item is the exact mount that cam with my Crosstour 750 dash cam. No worries about the things fitting together. It works great and I just remove it and the cam from the windshield together now instead of just taking the cam out when driving is done. Would buy again but hope I don\'t have to for a while.
- Fits the Rove Dash Cam with no problems. Adhered to the windshield easily
- Which is a bad thing for this product. OK, it works out of the box. Life expectancy about 2 yrs. I\'m on my 3rd one already. I suppose buying a new one for 12.00 is better than needing a whole new device.
- I really like the simple slide on/slide off camera mount. But the original suction cup broke off after a couple years. I got this replacement mount. In the unlock position, it\'s already pulling the suction cup back into the lock position. It won\'t even try to stick to any piece of flat glass. Rather than monkey with the delay of a replacement, I just stuck it on the windshield with 3M tape.Back to the original one breaking: that was inevitable The plastic disk in the center is drilled full of holes which will inevitably lead to it breaking after some unknown number of operations. This one should last longer since I\'m using tape t hold it to the windshield.
