- The plastic cover that goes over the metal bracket doesn\'t fit perfectly. However, you can\'t see it since the tablet screen covers the set up.
- Smooth tilting motion, but stays where I put it. Installation took about 45min
- It helps if you have tools on hand. I used my own screw driver because it was a better fit. Also, you will need to have a Torx size 20; my box did not come with this. When popping the final small piece of plastic in, be very careful. The small plastic pieces that snap into place can break off very easily. Mine did, but it still stays in place. Took about an hour to complete, but that time included finding my Torx set, and cleaning the car up after. You don\'t need to be super handy to do this. Just watch an instructional video on YouTube first. If you have put together furniture from Ikea, you can do this.Slight negative, when the screen is facing me (driver), the bottom left corner of the screen in blocked by my steering wheel. Blocked section is only about a square inch, but that\'s right where the car menu button is. Not a deal breaker at all, you can still touch the button using peripheral vision.
- got this swivel for my new Model Y and I can say it\'s been great! I love having the screen facing towards me. It\'s not a necessity, but it\'s a nice feature that I wish came standard with these screens. The swivel is sturdy, I had it professionally installed, but I was told the install is fairly simple, but I didn\'t want to take any chances. The guy who installed mine got it done in about 30 minutes. It doesn\'t move at all unless I want it to move. The angles are perfect for where I sit.the only downside to this swivel is.... anytime my wife is in the car with me, she swivels the screen all the way to her side! (she loves it too)
- The swivel cover is not a tight fit giving you a wide gap. The gap really bothered. Overall I was not happy with the item and ended up returning the item.
- This swivel mount had good instructions, was easy to install, and seems very sturdy. It allows the screen to angle more toward the driver which I prefer, and also allows some up and down adjustment. The price is less than some others on the market.

- I bought this for my 2022 Model Y. I think this is one of the best upgrades you can make to your Model 3 or Y. Honestly, I really think the cars should come this way from the factory. Having the screen angled towards the driver just feels so much more natural as well. I’ve got the version that only rotates side to side, I feel like that’s enough for me. If you’re especially tall or short though, the one that tilts might be the better option for you. It also moves the screen out and inch or so and down just a little. And I think this actually also feels much more natural, as if the controls are now right at your fingertips.Also, for those, like me, who are old enough to need bifocals, moving the screen down is a big improvement because I now don’t have to tilt my head backwards as much to view the screen through the bifocal.Quality is excellent. The aluminum piece, which is what holds the screen is very sturdy and well made. All the plastic pieces fit perfectly as well. It does take some force to move the screen, which I think is the way it should be. Once you put it in position, it stays put, but it is not so hard to move a child couldn’t do it either.Installation won’t be too hard for anyone with a little mechanical ability. I have lots of mechanical ability and to me it was a piece of cake. But as long as you have a little ability, you’ll be fine. Installation took me about an hour.The only issue I have is that the instructions are awful and practically useless. The pictures are tiny and the English is so bad there are parts where I have no idea what they are trying to say. However, there are plenty of videos on YouTube that explain installation and I’d recommend you watch one of those.The instructions are my one and only gripe and while I do think that’s a real problem, I also just think that this product so well made, such a huge improvement to your Tesla, and for a very reasonable price, that I still have to give it 5 stars.
