- Very easy to mount and holds very securely.
- Even tho I can still move it with my hand at its tightest, it seems to be strong enough to stay in place while riding. It\'s not the best but it\'ll do
- This system is meant for my for my iPhone 12 Pro.A generic clamp just doesn’t provide a secure grip to various surfaces. Secondly, it doesn’t take into account the give in the plastics of a vehicle thus a great deal of the rigidity is lost to flexion. A broad clamp and rubberized inserts would help to fit the contours of mounded plastics while resisting torsional forces.I question whether the seat wedge system is stiffer than a clamp, secondly I’m apprehensive of purchasing the wedge due to a potentially fallible air bladder. And the current reviews do not inspire confidence.I would have gotten the sun shield mount but that clamp has its own issues. It has two pressure points which doesn’t provide a good mating to surfaces and places significant pressure in two small points potentially leaving permanent indentations in the plastic mounding. This clamp would also be better served with some kind of compressible foam or rubber insert to conform to shaped surfaces. I suppose I could modify it but then why am I paying for a premium modular system?
- I would prefer the \"grippy plastic teeth\" was a better gripping material. I ended up ordering something else to hold more securely against leveraged forces. Should work fine with lightweight items with short arms.
- Allows you to clamp the smallest things and up to 1 1/2\" with the same clamp. With RAM Mounts claw you would need two claws each for $30-$40.Ball fits well with RAM Mount system.
- Used this to mount an iPad I\'m my aircraft. Clamped to from tube. Very study and stable.
- Great clamp to secure a trolling motor.
- Needed a clamp to secure my two way radio head to my center console without drilling holes.
