K-Edge Integrated Handlebar System Mount

  • Install went well on a set of Canyon CP10 aero cockpit. As others have said, I purchased some M4 .7 16 mm allen bolts at Home Depot to install. The purchase grasp of the Garmin mount is good at the point of engagement. Once beyond the click, my 530 edge could easily fall off. Would prefer they use an actual Garmin socket. The supplied 5M bolt for the go pro was replaced with one that had better facing with a flat washer to squeeze the three mount flanges against a Cygolite GoPro mount clip (2 flanges) in order to hold the light aim position. The mount is well made and hopefully lasts a long time.
  • I attached this mount to my Canyon Ultimate with CP10 cockpit and it looks and works great. I scoured the internet looking for alternate solutions to mount my Wahoo ELEMNT (original version) and didn\'t find anything that really pleased me, so I bought this. If I\'m being nitpicky, I do wish they would have toned down the branding on the side a bit as I felt like it may take away from the look I was going for. Glad that my computer basically hides the mount away underneath. I also wish that K-Edge would\'ve included a greater variety of screws and maybe some washers, but a quick trip to the hardware store solved that for me. I did have an issue on my first ride with the vibrations of the handlebars causing the screws to fall out, despite having added threadlock. My LBS advised me to add a split ring washer and I haven\'t had any issues since.TL;DR: it\'s a decent mount. make sure you have the right bolts for your bike and consider adding a split ring washer and threadlock.
  • This is a very needed product to hold your Garmin/Wahoo/other cycling computer (Hammerhead) to handlebars that only have the two screws on the bottom. For a Canyon CP07 Aero handlebar, the two screws included with the K-Edge mount DO NOT FIT; you need thinner screws. This is annoying; luckily for me, I had some thinner screws so it worked for me but you may have to go to a local Home Depot. The other important part of this mount is the holder for a light; this mount effectively holds your computer AND your light (I use a NiteRider and it works perfectly).I like the adjustment you can make to tilt the mount; it\'s a nice touch. This is a good product and I recommend this over the cheaper (made in China) products.CP07
  • Comes with one set of bolts to secure mount to bike... Did not fit my \'21 Canyon Aeroad. Not a big deal, but worth noting. You may have to source your own bolts and possibly spacers. Extra cost is minimal (<$2) but it\'s another step in your install process to go to the hardware store.Mount is secure and works perfectly with my Roam.
  • This perfectly fits my Canon Grail. It\'s stable, yet lightweight, a solid upgrade from the plastic mount I previously had on the bike. One downside is that the built-in mount on the GoPro Hero 9 is too small to fit in the mount without swinging around. If you have a GoPro, plan to put some washers in when you mount it.
  • I added this mount to my Canyon Grail with CP07 handlebars after visiting the hardware store to by two M4 - 0.7 x 16mm bolts and a pack of M4 washers. It was about 2 extra dollars. After that the mount went on easily and stayed put during a bumpy gravel ride. The build quality seems nice and I was ok paying a bit more since it\'s made in the USA. I have yet to use the underside mount but will be adding a light there.
  • This was intended for use of a Wahoo Roam on my new Canyon Grail:ON. It’s well built, and does precisely what it’s meant to do. Position of the Wahoo is dead-on. I do like the fact that the plastic insert that interfaces with the Roam is meant to break away in the event of the crash. This will save the computer from any damage - hopefully.
  • I bough this so I could mount my GPS and light and so far so good! The only issue was the mounting screws were not correct and this is made clear on the K-Edge website. However, the website told me what I needed from the hardware store to make it work - M4x20mm 0.7 thread pitch. It is now installed and working well.
