- .. the four mounting attachments which have adhesive can be somewhat unpredictable. One of those mounting attachments came with a \'weak\' glue / adhesive - which then caused it to detach every time it was even mildly touched. So, I had to be extra careful. I realized it only when I made the first attempt at attaching the screen. The lower mounting attachment had weak adhesive (and it is the most important one - among the four) - so, with multiple attempts, it so happened that some minute pieces of dirt was introduced as I was fiddling with the set up. Unfortunately, couldn\'t get that dirt out and noticed only after the protector was attached completely. A couple of air bubbles also couldn\'t be completely eliminated because of this issue. Other than that, great product.
- I can\'t say enough good things about this product. I was skeptical at first because I had ordered a different screen protector a few years back for my Model 3. It was hard to install (no physical guides) and the edges of the glass were pretty rough.When we sold the 3 and got the Y, I wanted to give it another shot. Having heard of this product from a Tesla Accessories video on YouTube, I went for it and, as I said, this product does not disappoint. It came with all the cleaning pads, screen guides, lint stickers, and necessary instructions for a perfect install on the first shot.Bravo SUMK!
- I like the product. If it was a review in only that, 5 stars. But we need to include the install and included items:1. Alcohol pad was almost dry2. The rubber feet are not the best to use for alignment. I did not use it as they pictured. I just put two in the bottom and used that to help level and place.
- Not too difficult to install, just use a light to look for dust, keep windows closed and fan off when installing or dust lands and shows up under glass…nice upgrade
- This is a very good screen protector. However, I wish the fingerprint protection was a bit better.
- I was thrilled to see the amount of consideration that went into helping the buyer install this correctly. Given that the Tesla has a large screen, so many things could go wrong. The instructions and video were quick and straightforward. I can see the slight fuzziness on the screen that others are reporting, but it is minimal. The benefits of protection, anti-glare, and anti-smudge (all working great) certainly outweigh the slight drop in the resolution.
- The quality of the screen is good but the process(which I thought was easy) but results in errors
- It still leaves finger prints everywhere. But for me it was easy to install and wipe. Is ok.
